Description: Short black hair, just above the middle of the neck, tanned skin, greenish-blue eyes, and of fairly short stature. Almost always seen wearing gloves, and at the same time, almost always looks relatively cheerful. Wears the basic Obelisk Blue uniform.

Personality: Is a nice kid, albeit a bit pushy, and probably a bit too excitable. He has an almost constant grin, and finds being in a place with a reputation like the Duel Academia to be one of the best things that could happen to him. However, he can become very cold and rude towards things he doesn't like, but is fairly open, regardless. He also seems to enjoy invading people's personal spaces, and will act curious towards any displays of discomfort or anger. He tends to actually be a lot smarter than he'd portray, however, whether this is just acting, or random bursts of intelligence, no one may ever know.
History: Shikou and Souha's younger cousin, he's been living with the former since their parents died, and thinks of him as a somewhat brother. When he was young, his own parents quickly learned to not let him near any electronic devices, as after he touched them, they would never work again, apparently having been shorted out, and wasn't allowed to directly touch anyone, after he accidentally, apparently, shocked his older cousin while "playing" with him. (In truth, Shikou was attempting to eat him. He quickly learned that was not a smart idea.) His parents, wanting to try to see if they can help this, invested in a pair of insulated gloves when he got a bit older, and has been wearing them ever since, thinking of them as a part of life. He was eventually dragged off to Europe, where he got into Duel Monsters with his cousin, and then dragged back to Japan years later, having to stay at home and go to a "normal" school, while his cousin was sent off to the Duel Academia. But now that he's old enough to go, he all but begged his parents to let him be able to, despite the growing concerns they've been having about the school, but believe that, at least, Shikou will be able to look after him.
Abilities (In any) : Electrokinetic abilities, mostly focused on coming from the hands. Has very little, if any, control over this, but is well aware of it. Is of a fairly high intelligence. Duel spirit sight.

In-Depth Explanation: Is capable of electrokinesis, but has little to no control over his abilities. He has no known trigger, and it seems to be a constant current within his body, peaking in power at his hands.

Is required to touch what he wants to shock, though his body conducts the same current, though in smaller amounts, lightly shocking anyone who touches his bare skin. ))
